Tracky (the “App”) is a productivity and task‑tracking tool designed to help you manage your daily activities, todos, and time logs. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data on remote servers. All your data remains exclusively on your device. No login, no account, no cloud sync – your information stays private and under your control.

Because all data stays on your device, we use it only for the core functionality of the App:

• Displaying your tasks, todos, and reports on the Home, Timer, Todos, and Analytics screens.
• Tracking time spent on activities (start/stop timer).
• Organizing tasks by category, type, priority, and date.
• Generating weekly summaries and productivity insights.

No data is used for profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond the functionality you directly interact with.

3. Data Storage & Security

Storage: All data resides in a SQLite database located within the app’s private filesystem. On Android, this is inside the app’s internal storage directory, which is not accessible by other apps without root privileges.

Security: We rely on the underlying platform’s security model (Android / iOS) to protect your data. The App does not implement additional encryption beyond what the OS provides, because your data never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any of your data to any third party. Since no data is collected remotely, there is nothing to share.

The App does not integrate with any social media, advertising, or analytics networks. It does not use cookies or any form of tracking mechanisms.

5. Your Rights & Control

Because all your data is stored locally, you have direct and complete control over it:

• View: All your tasks and todos are visible within the App.
• Edit / Update: You can modify any task or todo entry at any time.
• Delete: You can delete individual tasks or todos directly from the History or Todos screens.
• Uninstall: Removing the App erases all associated data from your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect any personal data at all, no special protections are required. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Effective” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or via an updated listing on Google Play.
